Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack (Trainer) with a strong industrial background and proven training expertise. The candidate should have a minimum 8+ years of industry experience in software development and 3 to 4 years of professional training experience in Python Full Stack technologies. This role involves training and mentoring resources to build strong technical capabilities in modern full stack development

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Python Full Stack development (Python, Django/Flask, REST APIs, JavaScript, React/Angular, HTML, CSS, SQL/NoSQL databases).

· Provide hands-on sessions, coding exercises, and real-world project simulations to enhance practical skills.

· Assess trainees’ progress through assignments, tests, and project evaluations.

· Develop customized training materials, including presentations, labs, and case studies.

· Mentor and guide trainees to solve technical challenges and adopt best practices.

· Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies into training.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to align training outcomes with organizational goals.

Qualifications Required:

· 8+ years of industrial experience in software development, with strong expertise in Python and full stack technologies.

· 3 to 4 years of training experience delivering structured programs in Python Full Stack development.

· Proficiency in: Python (core and advanced concepts) Web frameworks (Django/Flask) Frontend technologies (Python, JavaScript, React/Angular, HTML, CSS)Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Version control (Git/GitHub)

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.

· English and Telugu Language Proficiency preferred

Bonus points:

· Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

· Exposure to cloud platforms.

· Prior experience in curriculum design and e-learning platforms.

· Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
