An industrial data platform that streamlines ingestion and contextualization is Looking for:
Python Full Stack Engineer
Responsibilities
Backend Development (Primary Focus):
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python best practices.
- Build modular, reusable, and high-performance server-side components.
- Implement robust business logic with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
System Architecture & Performance:
- Architect efficient, testable, and scalable backend systems.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application logic for low-latency and high throughput.
- Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making.
Data Engineering & Integration:
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for processing structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate multiple data sources including APIs, streaming platforms, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Ensure efficient data transformation and handling at scale.
Database Management:
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
- Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
Frontend Development (Secondary Focus):
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
- Collaborate on building APIs consumed by frontend applications.
- Work with NestJS (Node.js framework) for lightweight backend/middleware services when required.
Code Quality & Best Practices:
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards (PEP 8).
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality.
- Refactor legacy codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
DevOps & Tooling:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Develop internal tools and automation scripts to improve engineering productivity.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Define and maintain clear API contracts between frontend and backend systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
Core Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development with strong backend focus in Python.
Python Expertise (High Priority):
- Strong knowledge of Python internals, data structures, decorators, generators, and asyncio.
- Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
- Familiarity with libraries such as SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, and Pytest.
Data & Database Skills:
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis.
- Familiarity with data processing libraries like Pandas.
Frontend Skills (Good to Have):
- Working knowledge of React.js (hooks, state management, API integration).
- Basic experience with NestJS or Node.js ecosystem.
DevOps & Tools:
- Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with distributed systems or microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark or big data tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

- Frontend (React + NestJS): ~20–30% focus
