Role Description
We are seeking a Python Expert for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable Python-based applications and scripts, designing and implementing efficient algorithms, and managing data processing pipelines.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in #PythonSoftware(non-negotiable) or #STATA, data structures, and algorithms
- Data analysis and visualization with Power BI and report writing
- Process and analyze primary #surveydatasets
- Ability to build and manage data processing pipelines, data cleaning, and transformation
- Develop #datavalidation & analytical workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize code for better performance and scalability
- #QAProcesses, field coordination and monitoring
- #Buildingscripts for data automation & data pipelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years or above in handling primary research data only
- Build efficient and reusable code for data automation
- Multi-tasking and comfortable to work in fast-paced work structure
- Should be located within or nearby Gurgaon location(South Delhi only)
- Good Python and Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable in data reporting and managing client escalations
- Flexible to work onsite and full time (no short-term trajectory) 5 days a week
