About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with extensive SQL development experience to join our client's dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in building, maintaining, and enhancing automated testing solutions that ensure the quality and reliability of software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, SQL, and related frameworks, with a proven track record of developing scalable and high-performance code. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues, optimize testing infrastructure, and contribute to the overall quality assurance process. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in shifts covering the US Pacific Timezone, and a passion for continuous learning and technological innovation.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation from a recognized university or college.
• 7-9 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4+ years focused on Java, Python, and SQL development and testing.
• Proficiency in Python programming, SQL query writing, and frameworks such as Django.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of defect triage processes, log analysis, and diagnosing issues independently.
• Experience working within Google cloud environment and familiarity with its tech suite.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and hands-on coding experience in building automation solutions.
• Experience with building user experiences (UX) and ensuring scalable, performant, and clean code.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, demonstrating a learning mindset.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Investigate test failures, diagnose root causes, and implement effective resolutions to ensure test stability.
• Enhance and optimize testing infrastructure, including test scheduling, device allocation, and lab hardware management.
• Apply best practices in test automation, ensuring code is scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
• Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of testing tools and processes.
• Diagnose complex issues within testing systems, utilizing debugging skills across Android, ADB, Linux, and related environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and translate them into robust test cases.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to automation frameworks, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, frameworks, and results.
• Work in shifts to support testing activities aligned with US Pacific Timezone schedules.
