Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Python Developers to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. This role involves designing and building scalable backend systems using Python and Django, working within Agile/Scrum teams, and contributing to modern microservices-based architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Django / Django REST Framework
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and JSON-based services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins
- Work with version control systems such as Git or Subversion
- Develop and deploy applications in microservices architecture
- Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Manage and interact with databases such as MySQL or MariaDB
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development
- Experience with Django or Django REST Framework
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git/Subversion)
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL/MariaDB
- Understanding of scalable and secure system design
Preferred / Good To Have
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Celery
- Exposure to Telecom domain
