For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Hybrid Python Developer for cognitive solutions and data modernization.
We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Development in Python;
- Building Python API;
- Using Python for Data analysis and processing;
- Using Python for Cognitive Services integration;
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- +5 years of relevant experience in design, build and development of Python based applications and programs;
- Ability to work individually, given a task/ problem, without having to rely for guidance in Python programming;
- Collaborate closely with other Python developers, on a need basis;
- Extensive understanding and knowledge of various python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit, Beautiful Soup, Matplotlib etc;
- Troubleshooting & performance tuning of Python programs/ applications;
- Strong Knowledge of Relational Databases, preferably Azure SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and design concepts;
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation;
- Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and deployment of scalable applications is nice to have;
- Fluent in English;
