Job Title: Python Developer – Google Vertex AI

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with experience in Google Vertex AI to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, machine learning workflows, and Google Cloud Platform, particularly Vertex AI. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions that support enterprise applications and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build and deploy machine learning models using Google Vertex AI.
- Develop data pipelines and model training workflows using GCP services.
- Integrate ML models with backend services and APIs.
- Work with data scientists to operationalize models into production.
- Implement model monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs for AI-powered applications.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams.
- Maintain documentation for models, pipelines, and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Practical experience with Google Vertex AI for model training, deployment, and management.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience building REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.
- Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, or BigQuery.
- Understanding of MLOps concepts, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
