We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer with experience in ERP implementation, preferably on the Odoo platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining Odoo applications to support business operations across multiple domains such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, and CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python
- Design and implement new business workflows and automation
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, and payment gateways
- Customize reports, dashboards, and user interfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing implementations
- Work closely with functional consultants and clients to understand requirements
- Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Optimize system performance and database queries
- Support Odoo upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Odoo development (Community or Enterprise)
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Understanding of ERP business processes
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multiple Odoo module implementations
- Knowledge of Docker, Linux server management, and cloud deployment
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with multi-company and multi-location ERP setups
