Position: Python Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Python Lead Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python application design and development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end technical design, architecture, and delivery for scalable and high-performing applications in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Python-based applications and solutions.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the team.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, and DevOps engineers to translate requirements into robust technical designs.
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Python programming.
• Fast API is must
• Solid understanding of SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and deliver high-quality solutions.
