Job Title: Mid-Level Developer (Python, Cloud & AI)
Location: Remote
Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Developer with strong expertise in Python, Cloud technologies, and foundational AI concepts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, exposure to AI model execution, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python
- Build and deploy cloud-based solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Work on AI/ML model integration and execution in real-world applications
- Perform model fine-tuning and evaluation for performance improvement
- Develop APIs, data pipelines, and backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and DevOps
- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Model execution
- Fine-tuning techniques
- Evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, etc.)
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Good to Have (Preferred)
- Experience with Snowflake (data warehousing)
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or GenAI frameworks
