Key Responsibilities:
- Build, deploy, and manage high-performance APIs using Python, following industry standards and best practices for scalability and reliability
- Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code to ensure maintainability and performance
- Develop, optimize, and maintain LLM prompts and Tools
- Design, test, and refine AI agents, workflows, and automation pipelines that leverage LLMs for business processes
- Evaluate LLM performance, perform prompt tuning, and implement guardrails/safeguards for production‑grade AI systems
- Integrate agents with the API
- Implement and meet project timelines and deadlines
- Participate in agile development processes (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in software development
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask
- Experience in LLM prompt engineering, AI agent development, or workflow automation (OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain)
- Strong understanding of database management systems (MongoDB, MySQL)
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
