About The Role
We are seeking a part-time remote interviewer specializing in Python Backend Development. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong technical expertise in Python and backend technologies, and who are interested in leveraging their skills to conduct technical interviews. As an interviewer, you will be responsible for assessing candidates' technical proficiency, understanding their problem-solving capabilities, and evaluating their fit for various roles based on the interview criteria provided. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Conduct remote technical interviews for candidates applying for Python Backend Developer roles.
- Assess candidates’ technical knowledge, coding skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for the role.
- Follow the interview guidelines and criteria provided by the hiring organizations.
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times, ensuring candidate and client information remains secure.
- Provide detailed feedback and evaluation reports post-interview.
- Manage your interview schedule flexibly, selecting slots that fit your availability between 6 AM and 12 AM on weekdays and weekends.
- Engage professionally with candidates, ensuring a positive interview experience.
- Stay updated with platform policies and participate in training sessions if required.
- Ensure timely completion of interviews and submission of evaluation reports.
