Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Associate 2 level Python / Azure professional who can operate as a Solution Architect
and own solution architecture for Azure-based platforms. The role requires strong architectural ownership across
cloud-native design, data architecture, data pipelines, scalable integrations, and distributed systems, while guiding
development teams and ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Own and govern end-to-end solution architecture for Azure-based platforms, with a strong focus on data
architecture, data pipelines, and cloud-native design.
• Ensure technical scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise standards while guiding development
teams.
• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture on Microsoft Azure.
• Provide architectural oversight for data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines.
• Establish and enforce cloud and data architecture standards across the solution landscape.
• Guide senior developers and vendors on design patterns, implementation approaches, and engineering best
practices.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex engineering and integration issues.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using Azure cloud and effective data handling practices.
• Provide creative, out-of-the-box solutions for business problems while maintaining scalability, reliability, and
governance.
• Reduce architectural risk, avoid fragmented designs and rework across multiple development teams, and act as
a force multiplier by enabling faster and safer downstream delivery.
Mandatory & Preferred Skills
• 6+ years of professional experience in Python / Azure based roles, with Solution Architecture ownership.
• Microsoft Azure Cloud Architecture, including
enterprise-scale and cloud-native architecture
patterns.
• Advanced Python proficiency, including architectural level usage and solution design.
• Data management and data pipeline experience, including large-scale data processing.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and
integrations.
• Ability to define standards, guide engineers/vendors,
and provide technical governance for complex
engineering issues.
Mandatory Skills Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the
ability to communicate technical and non-technical
concepts to peers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
and escalate when required.
• Blockchain / distributed ledger experience is optional
and will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and enabling
downstream engineering teams.
• Ability to own project deliverables, not just individual
tasks.
• Ability to understand business objectives and
functions to support data needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Relevant Azure, Python, cloud architecture, data engineering, or solution architecture certifications will be an
added advantage.
