What You’ll Work On
You won’t just write Python scripts. You’ll build systems.
1. Backend & Distributed Systems
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems
- Architect microservices that communicate reliably under high throughput
- Design event-driven systems and async processing pipelines
- Improve system observability, monitoring, and alerting
2. Workflow Orchestration
- Design and operate production-grade workflows using Airflow or Temporal
- Handle retries, idempotency, backpressure, compensation logic, and failure recovery
- Build systems that remain consistent under partial failures
3. AI-Driven Systems
- Integrate LLM-based systems into production pipelines
- Design JSON-driven backend-controlled UI architectures
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- 2–5 years of strong Python backend experience
- Solid experience building distributed systems in production
- Experience designing microservices (REST/gRPC/event-driven)
- Deep understanding of concurrency, async processing, and scaling patterns
- Strong SQL skills (Postgres or similar OLTP databases)
- Hands-on experience with Airflow, Temporal, or similar orchestration systems
- Solid understanding of version control system (Git)
Bonus:
- Experience with analytical databases is a plus (ClickHouse preferred)
- Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
