We are looking for a Python Developer with hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and a strong interest in building scalable intelligent systems. As part of the R&D team, you will contribute to prototyping, developing, and improving AI-powered applications and automation solutions.
You will work closely with engineering and product teams to explore new technologies, build proofs-of-concept, and support innovation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python
- Work on AI/ML-based solutions, including model integration and data processing pipelines
- Assist in building and testing prototypes for new R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Participate in debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews
- Stay updated with emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and industry trends
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Python development
- Basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Hands-on exposure to libraries/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend development concepts
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies
Good to Have
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Angular
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
