Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Write clean, efficient, and testable code for server-side applications.
- API Development: Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and develop backend APIs.
- Database Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Performance Optimization: Improve application speed, scalability, and performance.
- Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and QA engineers.
- Security & Testing: Implement data protection measures and conduct unit testing (e.g., pytest, unittest).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (SQLAlchemy).
- Tools & Technologies: Proficiency with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud Experience: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly valued.
- Analytical Skills: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
