We're hiring a senior Python developer who can own a feature end to end — from requirement and design through build, test, deployment and live monitoring. You'll build extensible, high-performance APIs, lead architecture decisions, and set the code-quality bar for the team.
Xponentium is founded by IIT Kanpur graduates and runs AI/ML services, media analytics, and talent solutions. The selected person joins on our payroll and is deployed to the end client's product team.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼
• Own features end to end across the full SDLC — requirement, design, build, review, test, deploy
• Build and maintain scalable services and performant REST APIs
• Lead architectural decisions and set coding and design standards
• Handle estimation and story grooming, and work across cross-functional teams
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲
• 6+ years in back-end / full-stack engineering with strong, hands-on Python and OOP
• REST APIs with Django Ninja (Django REST Framework or FastAPI also accepted)
• Solid unit testing, debugging, and code-review discipline
• Full-time IT / Engineering degree, preferably Computer Science
𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲
• Kubernetes, Datadog or similar observability (Grafana / New Relic / Splunk), SQL, some front-end exposure

• Notice period: immediate to 21 days
• Interview process: internal tech round → L1 → L2 → selection
