We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Python and experience with BI tools for data processing, reporting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will support business decisions through effective data management, automation, and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, process data and generate insightful reports to support key business objectives
- Write Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, automation, and generating new insights and reports
- Design and maintain analytics frameworks and data architectures based on business requirements
- Design and deliver clear and impactful data visualizations and periodic dashboards
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting, identifying trends and actionable insights
Metrics Program Management
- Plan, define, and track meaningful business metrics and related data sources
- Maintain a comprehensive data dictionary and ensure data integrity
- Create and maintain templates for standardized data collection processes
- Develop predictive models to support proactive, data-driven decision making
- Prepare status reports on metrics and insights initiatives
- Establish baselines, set goals, and recommend corrective actions based on metric analysis
- Partner with the Metrics & Insights Lead to support analytics initiatives and projects
AI & Automation Solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes at both the organizational and team level
- Implement AI-driven solutions leveraging OCI Generative AI, OCI AI Vision Language Service, OCI Database, and Virtual Machines
Qualifications, Skills and experience: Ideal candidate for this role
- 2-6 years of experience as Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
- Experience with one or more BI tools for reporting and dashboarding: Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, MS Excel
- Other technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL, VBA
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI and data platforms, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, is a plus
