About the Role:
We are looking for a Python Code Annotation Specialist to review, annotate, and validate Python code and technical content used for training intelligent systems. This role combines Python programming expertise with analytical and documentation skills to create high-quality labeled datasets that improve automated reasoning and code understanding.
You will help ensure that Python code examples, logic flows, and AI-generated solutions are accurate, optimized, and aligned with real-world best practices.:
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate Python code patches and PRs
- Debug failures, runtime errors, and logic issues
- Annotate and review Python code snippets, algorithms, and workflows for correctness and clarity.
- Identify logical errors, edge cases, and performance issues in annotated Python programs.
- Label and structure: Control flow and loops, Functions and classes, Data structures and algorithms, Exception handling and logging
- Validate AI-generated Python solutions against expected outputs and coding standards.
- Develop and maintain annotation guidelines and quality benchmarks for Python datasets.
- Collaborate with AI and data teams to improve dataset consistency and technical depth.
- Provide clear written explanations of Python logic and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
- 1–5 years professional Python development experience
- Strong debugging skills; familiarity with pytest, Git, PR review
- Ability to read large codebases and evaluate design correctness
- Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- strong in debugging, test writing, and code correctness evaluation
