Job Description
We are looking for a strong Python Backend and Full Stack Developer with DevOps experience who can independently work on AI projects and build end to end applications from requirement understanding to production deployment. The candidate should have strong technical depth in backend development, frontend development, DevOps, cloud deployment, and AI application integration, along with very good communication skills to work directly with clients and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end to end web applications using Python for backend and modern frontend frameworks for UI
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and full stack applications for AI/ML use cases
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, present technical solutions, and support delivery discussions
- Develop complete applications covering frontend, backend, database, testing, deployment, and production support
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment automation, monitoring, and environment management
- Collaborate with AI/ML, data, and business teams to deliver production ready solutions
- Ensure code quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability across the application stack
- Take ownership of application delivery and support technical leadership within the team
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python development
- Hands on experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Good experience in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, database design, and system integration
- Experience in DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Good understanding of cloud platforms and deployment architecture
- Experience in building applications for AI/ML projects, including model integration and API based AI services
- Strong understanding of debugging, testing, logging, monitoring, and production support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with customers
- Ability to own end to end delivery from design to deployment
