🚀 We're Hiring: Python Backend Developer
📍 Location: Bangalore, India
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days/week in office

We’re looking for a backend-strong Full Stack Engineer to join our AI Platform team and build AI-powered solutions for enterprise financial close automation.
What you'll Work On:
- Build scalable REST APIs & microservices using Python and FastAPI
- Develop async processing using Redis/Celery, RabbitMQ, SQS or similar
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes and migrations
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Deploy and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes / AKS
- Design API contracts using OpenAPI, versioning and microservice patterns
- Contribute to Angular & TypeScript UI fixes and features
- Lead and contribute to Low-Level Design (LLD) and technical design discussions
- Work with AI/LLM and agent-based engineering concepts
What We're Looking for:
- 5+ years of backend/full-stack software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Python + FastAPI
- Production experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with Redis/Celery or messaging systems
- Strong understanding of REST APIs & microservices
- Working knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
- Working experience with Angular & TypeScript
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD and Git
- Strong LLD and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- LangChain / LangGraph / LLM integration experience
- OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect
- Identity Provider (IDP) integration
- API Gateway experience
