About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using Python and related frameworks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, contribute to the development of scalable and robust applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of web frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastAPI, along with experience in database management and performance optimization. This position requires an immediate to 15-day notice period and is suited for professionals with 6 to 12 years of relevant experience who are eager to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Proficiency in web frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastAPI.
- Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications utilizing Python and frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI to meet project requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure applications operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, including unit and integration tests, to verify application robustness and reliability.
- Participate actively in code reviews to uphold code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Optimize application performance through query tuning, caching strategies, and other performance enhancement techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and product management to deliver seamless solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies to improve development processes.
