About The Role
Our client, YMinds.AI, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Python AI Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated Generative AI and agentic AI solutions. This role involves working closely with global clients to understand their unique needs and translating them into scalable AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), proficiency in Python, and a strong understanding of modern AI frameworks and microservices architecture. As a senior engineer, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, from initial concept through to production deployment, ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and stay abreast of emerging AI trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in Python development, particularly in building scalable backend systems. Strong expertise in frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy is essential. Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and others is required. Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex is highly desirable. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native solutions, with practical experience on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of MLOps or LLMOps, including monitoring, evaluation, and deployment pipelines, is important. Strong leadership skills, experience working with enterprise or global clients, and proficiency with version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and production systems are also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Python-based AI systems, APIs, and microservices to support Generative AI applications.
- Architect and implement GenAI and agentic AI workflows utilizing modern LLM frameworks and tools.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects, including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design and optimize LLM pipelines, prompt workflows, and agent orchestration systems to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, integrating new tools and best practices into projects.
