Requirement:
- Python development, ML Models implementation and evaluation, AI implementations
- Able to understand requirements and participate in proposing the AI/ML solutions
- Develop and support AI solutions
- Able to work independently and good communication skills
Core Technical Expertise:
- Python for AI/ML: Solid knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
- Deep Learning: Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch (at least one strongly).
- Model Development Lifecycle: Data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
- ML Ops / Deployment: Exposure to deploying ML models into production (e.g., Flask/FastAPI, Docker, REST APIs, or MLflow).
- Version Control: Git (essential for collaboration).
Nice-to-Have (Optional but Valuable):
- Cloud AI/ML Services: Experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI tools. (Since your company uses AWS & Azure, this could be a good filter.)
- Data Handling: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and exposure to big data tools (Spark, Snowflake, etc., if relevant).
Minimum requirements:
