🔍 Role Overview

As a Python AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML-driven solutions that solve real-world business problems in the fintech/banking domain.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python
• Design scalable backend systems and APIs for AI applications
• Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering)
• Implement NLP, predictive analytics, or deep learning models where applicable
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

🛠️ Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with AI/ML libraries such as:
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Pandas, NumPy
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Deep Learning
• Experience with REST APIs and backend frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Experience with model deployment and MLOps tools is preferred

🏦 Preferred Domain Experience

• Fintech / Banking / Financial Services
• Exposure to risk models, fraud detection, or financial data analytics is a bonus

🎓 Education

• MCA / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field

📜 Good to Have

• Certification in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science
• Experience with large datasets and real-time data processing
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
