We are looking for an experienced Python AI Developer to help build and scale a next-generation, multi-tenant AI-powered voice agent platform using LiveKit, Kubernetes, and AWS.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on real-time voice AI, advanced agent orchestration, and cloud-native scalability.
🔹 What You’ll Work On:
• Building real-time AI voice agents using Python & LiveKit
• Designing scalable Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS
• Architecting multi-tenant AI agent platforms
• Developing advanced tool-calling agents using MCPs (Model Context Protocols)
• Orchestrating multiple LLM roles:
- Decision-making LLMs
- Tool-calling LLMs
- Conversational/engagement LLMs
- Response-generation LLMs
- Integrating telephony, ASR, TTS, and multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, self-hosted models, etc.)
- Creating configurable AI agent workflows and tenant-level customization systems
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Strong Python expertise
✅ Experience with AI agents & LLM orchestration
✅ Kubernetes (K8s) + AWS hands-on experience
✅ Experience with LiveKit or real-time audio/video systems
✅ Knowledge of telephony, ASR, TTS, and voice pipelines
✅ Experience designing scalable multi-tenant architectures
✅ Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native systems
