Role Description
Job Title: Python AI/ML Backend Engineer (Google Cloud)
Experience Range: 5 to 7 Years
Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI for building scalable APIs
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
- Expertise in Vertex AI for building and deploying AI/ML models
- Experience with Streamlit for building interactive applications
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Agent Development Kit for multi-agent AI systems
- Experience with Cloud Firestore and Google Cloud Storage
- Understanding of AI/ML solution deployment and lifecycle management
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Document AI for intelligent document processing
- Familiarity with multi-agent system architecture and orchestration
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns
- Experience in performance optimization and scalability tuning
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools on GCP
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks like FastAPI
- Build interactive data applications using Streamlit
- Architect and implement multi-agent AI systems using Google Cloud Agent Development Kit, with a Root Agent orchestrating specialized agents
- Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using Vertex AI
- Integrate intelligent document processing solutions using Document AI
- Build and manage data pipelines using Google Cloud Storage and Cloud Firestore
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability following cloud-native best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications
