Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on AWS Python Developer to join the clients AWS Development Squad and contribute to building scalable, enterprise-grade cloud solutions. The role involves developing modern AWS microservices and event-driven integrations, primarily extracting and processing data from an Enterprise SAP landscape using AWS-native services.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing AWS transformation initiative focused on speed, quality, and DevOps-driven delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a core developer within an Agile AWS squad delivering enterprise-grade cloud solution
- Design and develop AWS microservices using Python and serverless technologies
- Build integrations with SAP systems using SAP Webhooks and OData services
- Implement event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub patterns and message queues
- Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, TDD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Create reusable development patterns that are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and maintainable
- Participate in peer code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives
- Ensure AWS resources follow governance standards including cost tagging and logging
- Continuously evaluate new AWS services and recommend improvements to the platform

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade AWS solutions
- Hands-on expertise in event-driven integration architectures
- Experience with enterprise databases (Aurora or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with bias for action, quality, and speed
- AWS Certifications (Developer / DevOps Engineer) Preferred
- SAP integration experience Nice to have, not mandatory
