Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Python development with production-level software engineering practices.
- Experience with AI/ML-based chatbots and natural language understanding.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EKS or Kubernetes deployments.
- Integrations with APIs, particularly ServiceNow, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of logging, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with conversational memory management and multi-turn dialogue handling.
- Strong documentation, testing, and QA skills.
Preferred
- Prior experience in IT service automation or enterprise support bots.
- Familiarity with vectorized search and knowledge base systems.
