Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Competency Overview: Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT)
The Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT) team works with clients across industries supporting
engagements-
• Developing M&A Strategy (Carve-outs, Separation, Integration, etc.) by
collaborating with C-suite executives
• Due Diligence to assess Technology landscape and create PoVs
• Advising clients to develop Integration / Divestiture Strategy
• Developing future state strategy for M&A-driven Digital Transformation
Job Description
• Pre-Deal
o Lead IT due diligence workstreams, reviewing IT environment data and
identifying risks, costs, and dependencies.
o Validate IT cost models and TSA inputs prepared by Associates.
• Post-Deal
o Manage execution of IT Infrastructure separation/integration.
o Oversee application migration planning, testing, and status reporting.
o Track and escalate risks/issues across Infra, Cyber, and Application
workstreams.
o Coordinate with client IT leads and vendor teams on dependencies.
Core responsibilities as an Associate / Senior Associate would entail (but not
limited to)
As part of the team, you'll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry professionals to help clients address complex business challenges. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactively support the team across the deal spectrum (Due Diligence,
Integration, Separation, Post-deal)
• Plan and develop technology restructuring strategy for integration and
separation projects and deliverables, including Day One readiness planning,
business process and systems integration and separation, and dependency
and risk management
• Collaborate with client executives to oversee and advise them during
transaction execution
• Advise clients for their post-M&A future state strategy through Digital
Transformation
• Develop financial models for synergy savings, one-time costs, stranded costs
for separation and integration
• Recommend enterprise architecture, solutions, and systems based on industry leading practices and past experiences
• Recommend technology restructuring considerations (transformation,
integration, separation, or carve-out) across key Tech strategy pillars
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help capture
opportunities of new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC bran

This position provides an exciting opportunity to develop M&A technology strategies, conduct technology due diligence, and advise on integration and divestiture planning.

What You Must Have
- Master's Degree
- 4 years of experience in Consulting
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
