As part of the Data and Analytics team you will play a critical role in ingesting and integrating various data from external sources into the Foundry ecosystem. As a Senior Associate you will guide and mentor others while navigating complexity and delivering quality data integration solutions. This position allows you to lead the design and deployment of data pipelines, achieving seamless interoperability and data consistency across multiple systems.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in data engineering, system integration, or platform engineering roles
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems preferred
- Proven experience with Palantir Foundry
- Leading data integration and engineering projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for system interoperability
- Implementing data validation and governance processes
- Utilizing Python, Java, or Scala for data transformation
- Managing both structured and unstructured data
- Familiarity with cloud security and access controls
