About the role
We are looking for passionate and committed undergraduate students to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team in a full-time capacity. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in financial risk management who are eager to contribute meaningfully to projects in the financial sector.
Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to the identification, analysis, and resolution of financial risks across various client assignments.
Assist in executing compliance reviews and helping to design effective risk management strategies.
Support data analysis activities and aid in preparing reports related to risk and compliance initiatives.
Work closely with team members to develop customized, innovative solutions for clients.
Keep abreast of current industry regulations and emerging trends impacting the financial landscape.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
Willingness to travel frequently, including extended stays in tier 2 and tier 3 cities when needed
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Creative thinker with the ability to build long-term professional relationships
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
