Being a member of the Deals Strategy & Operations team, focusing on utilizing AI tools to support the Deals and Transformation teams in delivering their services. Your primary focus will be on clients in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly large companies based in the USA, collaborating closely with our US network and colleagues. Assisting clients in optimizing their legal structures through processes such as legal rationalization and separations. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Deals and Advisory services on significant deals and transformations, necessitating experience in managing complex project structures across various regions. Contributing to our rapidly expanding deals practice, which is a leading provider of M&A consulting services in Switzerland, leveraging AI-based tools effectively.
