In customer marketing at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyse customer behaviour, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.

The Opportunity

As part of the Customer Marketing team, you will enhance marketing operations by driving process excellence and implementing advanced technology solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine marketing strategies, making sure they align with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Must Have
- 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 MBA or relevant full-time master’s degree
- Understanding of CRM, customer experience, and front-office processes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to structure analyses, create executive-ready presentations, and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in consulting or industry roles across sales, service, marketing, or customer transformation/ front office consulting
- Knowledge of MarTech platforms (Adobe Marketo/ AJO, AEP, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc) and CRM tools (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics/ Oracle)
