Salesforce Business Analyst - Senior Associate

The PwC Acceleration Centres are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst - Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and working closely with the Salesforce development team to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will also be responsible for testing and validating the implemented solutions, providing user training, and supporting the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications - Design and document Salesforce solutions, including data models, workflows, and custom configurations - Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions - Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and usability of Salesforce solutions - Provide user training and support, and assist with the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Salesforce platform - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and customization capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with both business and technical teams - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications - Proficient in Salesforce administration, including configuration, workflow automation, and custom reporting - Experience in leading and coordinating the implementation of Salesforce solutions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
