You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Audit and Assurance team you manage the Controls Assurance team and client engagements, delivering exceptional results and fostering a collaborative team environment. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for overseeing team performance, monitoring workload, timelines, and budgets, and strengthening relationships with engagement teams and clients. Responsibilities - Lead the Controls Assurance team to meet engagement objectives - Deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines - Foster a positive and productive team culture - Focus on strategic planning and coaching of junior team members - Supervise team performance and manage workload distribution - Oversee project budgets and resource management - Build and maintain client and team relationships - Implement firm methodologies to improve client service What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 7 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required - Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant or Equivalent or, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or, Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance,Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science,Economics, Economics and Finance,Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology,Mathematics,Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, and/or other relevant degree.
