The Administrative Assistant (Accounts Payable) responsible for providing administrative support while assisting with day‑to‑day accounts payable functions. This position supports branch operations by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely, purchase orders are maintained, and vendor communication is handled professionally. The role works closely with branch staff, vendors, and the accounting team to support financial accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in accounting, business, or administration preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative, accounts payable, or clerical support role preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and purchase orders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and follow established procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with accounting or operational systems; Fusion or similar ERP experience a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and file management tools.
