Team Assistant (m/f/d)

The Demo Daten GmbH is a fictional company created by Personio to familiarize our customers with our software. frameborder="0">You will work in the team of our founder and Managing Partner Dr. Tobias Pusch. YOUR TASKS Assistance tasks within a team and on a mandate-related basis (no prior experience in mandate work necessary): Coordination , preparation and follow-up of appointments and management of the appointment calendar, File creation and management, invoicing, Mail handling and processing. Transcription of phonodictations. Travel planning and booking including billing. YOUR PROFILE You enjoy working in a team and contribute with good humor, fair play, proactivity, a sense of responsibility and reliability in accordance with our #oneteam principle. You have very good German and good English skills and enjoy professional and appreciative communication with colleagues and clients. You have the ambition to provide high-level support to your supervisor. You are (very) familiar with common office programs such as Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word and you are curious and enthusiastic when it comes to acquiring new knowledge (keyword: digitalization). You work under time pressure with a focus on content , are forward-looking, enjoy juggling several balls in the air and are always sensitive to the needs of the various stakeholders. You don't need to have years of professional experience ; we are also open to a recent, (very) well- completed apprenticeship in the commercial field, because what matters to us is that you are excited about the new role and can identify with the tasks and requirements.
