About The Role
- As a Proposal Manager based offshore in our Kolkata Acceleration Centre, you will provide essential support to Australian client pursuit teams by managing operational compliance, procurement administration, and end-to-end proposal activities. Working closely with the onshore Senior Pursuit Driver, you will ensure proposals are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with PwC Australia’s standards, while leveraging the latest AI tools and contributing to knowledge management efforts. Initially, your focus will be on supporting large pursuits through project management and procurement submissions, with the expectation of eventually leading full proposal processes for strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities Operational Compliance & Procurement Administration
- Manage consulting panel submissions, Master Service Agreement (MSA) renewals, due diligence questionnaires, capability statements, and related procurement documentation.
- Provide project management support on large pursuits, collaborating closely with the Australian Senior Pursuit Driver.
- Ensure procurement forms and documentation comply with PwC policies and enable smooth governance and audit processes.
Day
- to-Day Proposal Management
- Develop and manage detailed RFP timelines, drive the bid plan, allocate tasks, and monitor key milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Set up and organise shared folders containing RFP documents, working files, and relevant materials.
- Schedule regular progress meetings and key workshops (e.g., kick-off and storyboard sessions), coordinating with Executive Assistants to ensure Partner participation.
- Coordinate content submissions from subject matter experts (SMEs), issuing reminders and maintaining tracker updates.
- Manage the independent review process, including collecting feedback, distributing files, and scheduling review sessions.
- Coordinate graphic design services with inhouse creative design agencies.
- Raise OGC ticket requests as required.
- Oversee the proposal redaction process, ensuring proposals meet accessibility standards and that sensitive information is protected appropriately.
Knowledge Management
- Maintain and enhance the quality of proposal content and templates to streamline future pursuits.
- Oversee the Australian Proposal Hub, updating standard content, tools, and templates regularly.
- Manage collection, triage, redaction, and upload of best practice content such as CVs, case studies, capability statements, and proposals to the Australian content library, ensuring AI tools leverage a clean, updated repository.
- Coordinate the upload of relevant materials to the Global Connected Source to maintain accessibility and consistency across PwC globally.
Development of Client Microsites
- Support the creation of tailored client microsites to enhance engagement during pursuit phases.
- Develop microsite templates aligned with Advisory business needs and PwC branding, utilising platforms such as SharePoint and Foleon.
- Liaise with SMEs to collect and coordinate microsite content.
- Manage content review cycles to maintain quality control.
- Coordinate graphic design and development of digital assets, including videos and photography.
About You
- 3-5 years’ experience in proposal or pursuit management, preferably supporting multi-location, cross-functional teams.
- Strong operational and project management skills with a focus on compliance and process optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, with a proactive and constructive approach to challenges.
- Experience with content management systems, digital collaboration tools, and communication platforms is desirable.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
