Landman – Quorum Data Conversion (Houston, TX – On-Site)

Purple Land Management (PLM) is seeking one Project Manager and several Landmen to support an on-site data conversion project with a client in Houston, Texas. This project involves converting physical land files into the Quorum land management software. Strong preference will be given to Quorum, and applicants must be available to work in the client's Houston office for the duration of the project. Remote placement is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

Convert physical land records into the Quorum system with accuracy and consistency.

Review, organize, and validate legacy land files prior to digital entry.

Ensure proper indexing, categorization, and data integrity within Quorum.

Identify discrepancies, missing documents, or data inconsistencies during conversion.

Maintain clear documentation and productivity tracking throughout the project.

Meet established quality and daily production benchmarks.

Lead and coordinate an on-site 8-person conversion team.

Oversee workflow, quality control, and daily output.

Serve as primary liaison with PLM leadership and client stakeholders.

Escalate data integrity concerns and manage issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency with Quorum software.

Experience with digital file conversion, data migration, or structured data entry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in-office in Houston, TX for the duration of the project.

For Project Manager candidates: prior experience leading data migration teams or complex digital audits.
