<div>Title of Position: Food Server</div><div> </div><div>Department: Front of the House</div><div> </div><div>Reports to: Manager on Duty</div><div> </div><div><strong>Overall Responsibility:</strong></div><div>Purple Cow service team members are responsible for cooperatively working with all team members to consistently provide guests with “Outrageous” service. Servers are responsible for interacting with guests in a friendly, enthusiastic manner and with a smile, to provide them with an “Outrageous” experience. Purple Cow servers should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Key Areas of Responsibility:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Maintaining a clean station</li>
<li>Greeting and Taking orders from guests</li>
<li>Delivering food and drinks promptly and correctly</li>
<li>Counting change back to guests</li>
<li>Maintaining a personal “bank”</li>
<li>Stocking of job related items</li>
</ul><div> </div><div><strong>Communicates with:</strong></div><ul><li>All Team Members, Management and Guests</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Strong sense of guest service and urgency.</li>
<li>Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills.</li>
<li>Basic math skills.</li>
<li>Ability to stay focused on tasks</li>
<li>Guest relations</li>
<li>Ability to work with others</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods of time</li>
