</div><div>We’re looking for a driven sales/marketing professional with relevant industry experience who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment. This role focuses on building and nurturing referral partnerships rather than traditional transactional selling.<br><br>

<strong>Position Overview</strong><br>As a Referral Partnership Specialist, you will:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Promote and sell PuroClean services in an assigned territory while consistently meeting or exceeding goals.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships through regular route marketing runs, repeat visits, and by becoming a trusted community resource.</li>
<li>Organize and coordinate training events, CE courses, and marketing events (including lunch-and-learns).</li>
<li>Implement creative marketing initiatives and collaborate directly with the owner to shape sales and marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.</li>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.</li>
<li>Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing.</li>
<li>Build, maintain, and service a “Top 25 Client” referral list.</li>
<li>Coordinate community events, educational classes, and training opportunities.</li>
<li>Develop deeper industry knowledge by learning estimating, production, and all aspects of the restoration business.</li>
<li>Promote brand awareness and uphold PuroClean’s values of service and teamwork.</li>

<li>2+ years of relevant experience in restoration, property insurance, construction, or B2B relationship marketing (preferred).</li>

<li>Comfortable with route marketing, public speaking, and group presentations.</li>
