</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Data entry within the company, utilizing job systems and software in a timely fashion </li>
<li> Create an inspection appointment event on the appropriate company calendar after job creation </li>
<li> Obtaining information for the job file as needed or calling a carrier to get a claim number, adjuster name, etc. </li>
<li> Onboarding subcontractors </li>
<li> Stocking supplies, answering phones, and maintaining office organization </li>
<li> Providing administrative support to project coordinators and management </li>
<li> Willingness to ask questions for clarification on requested tasks </li>
<li> Other duties assigned by management </li>
</ul><div> </div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in restoration. </li>
<li>
<strong>Software Proficiency:</strong> Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (PSA, CompanyCam).</li>
<li>
<strong>Communication:</strong> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle stressed customers and insurance professionals.</li>
<li>
<strong>Organization:</strong> Strong multitasking skills to manage fast-paced restoration projects. </li>
