Job Title: Associate Business Manager - Brand Strategist

Department: Business Growth

Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic brand positioning, messaging, and campaign direction rooted in cultural and consumer insights
  • Lead and contribute to new business pitches; distill research and data into compelling strategic narratives
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover category and audience insights
  • Collaborate with creative, account management, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment across all deliverables
  • Craft clear, inspiring creative briefs that guide big-idea thinking and execution
  • Translate client goals and research findings into actionable brand and communication strategies
  • Manage multiple client relationships across varied industries (e.g., BFSI, FMCG, Auto, Pharma, etc.)
  • Deliver thought leadership on trends, consumer shifts, and category dynamics
  • Regularly review campaign performance and optimize strategy based on results and feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience working on high-value brands or new business development
  • Strong portfolio of strategic deliverables (e.g., brand decks, research insights, creative briefs)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working with data (quantitative and qualitative) to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and storytelling through decks
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
