Job Title: Associate - Human Resources

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Professional with 2–3 years of experience to support our growing team in Kolkata. This is a junior role with a strong focus on recruitment and operational HR support. You’ll act as the on-ground HR representative, assisting in day-to-day functions and ensuring a smooth HR experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Support end-to-end recruitment.
• Source candidates and post job descriptions via job platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.), social media, and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  
  

Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate onboarding processes, documentation, and induction sessions.
• Act as the first point of contact for new hires in Kolkata.
• Ensure smooth assimilation of new employees into the organization.
  
  

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, databases, and trackers.
• Stakeholder management
• Coordinate with the central HR team for payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities on-ground.
  
  

Employee Support

• Be available for basic HR-related queries from the local team.
• Assist in performance review logistics, surveys, and feedback collection.
  
  

Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a generalist or recruitment-focused role.
• Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
