Mts – 3 AI/ML

Strong familiarity with language models (LLMs) and practical experience building applications with LLMs. Solid understanding of LLM evaluation techniques and prompt management strategies. Hands-on experience with Langchain, Langgraph, or Llama Index. Proven experience with Claude, OpenAI, or similar foundational models. Understanding of LLM security challenges and best practices is a plus. Experience with Model Context Protocol and building secure applications with it is a plus. Understanding of systems side of LLMs: inference and serving of open source models. Familiarity with Python, and basic knowledge of software development tools (Git, JIRA). Understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Introductory knowledge of cloud computing and containerization technologies. Ability to work with data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop). Knowledge of software engineering practices, including version control and CI/CD. Contribute to the development and implementation of generative AI applications. Engage in advanced research and experimentation with cutting-edge technologies in the field of generative AI and develop custom applications using gen AI to solve complex business problems. Spearhead the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge GenAI technology, continuously keeping pace with rapid advancements in the field. Strategically identify and apply the latest GenAI innovations to solve Pure's specific business problems, working on a 'fail fast' basis to iterate and deliver solutions quickly. Develop and deploy custom, production-grade applications using generative AI, including hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude or OpenAI models, to address complex business challenges. Drive strategic GenAI application development aimed at optimizing business operations, delivering significant product enhancements, improving overall productivity, and achieving substantial cost savings. Utilize frameworks like Langgraph, or Llama Index for building sophisticated LLM-powered applications. Implement robust LLM evaluation methodologies and best practices for prompt engineering and management. Address and mitigate LLM security challenges. Collaborate closely with product teams and other stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and deliver full-fledged, integrated GenAI solutions.
