Fleet Reliability, Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Fleet Reliability team, you will drive a high-impact area of our business, working to build systems and platforms that deliver world-class reliability and availability for our FlashArray and FlashBlade products. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining critical systems that monitor fleet health, predict and prevent failures, and orchestrate remediation. You will work closely with our product engineering teams to integrate these capabilities deeply into our products, as well as with our customer support and field operations teams to ensure seamless detection and resolution of issues. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the reliability and overall customer experience of our leading storage platforms.
