</div><div>We’re seeking an experienced positive motivator <strong>Licensed Massage Therapist</strong> ready to step into a <strong>leadership and management role</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a hands-on position for someone who not only provides excellent massage therapy, but can also help lead a team, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Are you a uplifted motivated individual that understand the power of team encouragement and working together to successfully deliver a heightened experience for clients.<br><br>
</div><div>💼 <strong>What You’ll Do:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Provide high-quality massage therapy services </li>
<li>Hands on training the team and onboarding new hires.</li>
<li> Help manage daily schedules to maintain strong booking flow </li>
<li>Organizes + executes meetings </li>
<li> Maintain a high level of schedule utilization and support full treatment room capacity </li>
<li> Support and coordinate with a team of providers </li>
<li> Handle call-outs and ensure clients are taken care of without disruption </li>
<li> Step in or arrange coverage when needed </li>
<li> Maintain a calm, professional, and solution-focused environment </li>
<li>5 days a week, minimum 3 days scheduled hands on providing services</li>

</ul><div>💰 <strong>Compensation & Benefits:<br></strong><br>

<li><strong>$55–$60 per service hour</strong></li>
<li><strong>Tips are additional ($10–$20 per service on average)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Monthly management pay ($1,000–$1,500)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Performance-based bonuses tied to schedule utilization and spa performance</strong></li>
<li><strong>Additional incentives for last-minute coverage</strong></li>
<li><strong>Infrared Sauna + Zero Gravity Massage Chair </strong></li>

<li><strong>$65,000 – $85,000 (typical range)</strong></li>
<li><strong>$85,000 – $100,000+ (high performance potential)</strong></li>

</div><div>🌿 <strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Licensed Massage Therapist (Oregon) </li>
<li> Previous sucessful leadership or management experience required </li>
<li> Active malpractice insurance required </li>
<li> Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li>
<li> Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented </li>
<li> Ability to lead, support, and hold team accountability </li>
