The Opportunity: The Compensation & Benefits Analyst contributes to the administration and analysis of Purchasing Power’s compensation and benefits programs. This role will assist the Sr. Director, HR Operations and Total Rewards to ensure compensation and benefits programs align with the goals of the company and support a high-performance culture by attracting and rewarding talent.
