Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager based in Mohpa. The Purchasing Manager will coordinate procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality and cost-effective sourcing. The role includes monitoring inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support production goals and maintain efficient supply chain operations is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and Export Import skills, including negotiation and cost analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics planning.
- Familiarity with market trend analysis and sourcing high-quality food products.
- Experience with compliance standards, certification processes, and quality assurance in the food industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG is a plus.
